With over 30 years’ experience in the IT sector, Jim is ideally placed to lead and support initiatives in data handling and data security. Jim has enjoyed senior management roles at NatWest, Citigroup and Suez Environment. He has often acted in an advisory capacity to the executive – translating ‘geek speak’ into board-room language. This career background has resulted in a strong commercial awareness to complement his technical strengths.
As well as being one of the first certified Data Protection Officers (DPO) in the UK, and qualified GDPR Practitioner, he is also accredited in Prince 1 and 2 Project Management methodologies.
Consultant
Miles is an experienced private and public sector consultant and project manager, who has delivered national scale IT projects. He has also overseen the strategic management of critically sensitive data within the NHS and the Parole Board for England and Wales, where he was Deputy Chief Executive.He is a qualified GDPR Practitioner and also one of the first certified Data Protection Officers (DPO) in the UK. He is also a Prince 2 project management practitioner.
